"OBEY THE GIANT, directed by Julian Marshall, is the first narrative film about the early life of Shepard Fairey and the origin of his OBEY GIANT street art campaign.
Based on the true story of Shepard Fairey’s first act of street art, OBEY THE GIANT tells the story of a Shepard challenging a big-city mayor and the powers-that-be at art school.
Frustrated by his inability to gain respect within the confines of art school Shepard sets out to gain notoriety and acclaim by targeting the most powerful man in Providence, former Mayor Buddy Cianci. Risking expulsion and jail time Shepard plasters Andre the Giant’s face over the image of Cianci on a campaign billboard. As word of Shepard’s prank gets out, Shepard learns that art is a weapon and attention is both a blessing and a curse."

More T-Shirts and more shorts... We like Carhartt's optimism.
The Orchid collection from Carhartt WIP is only available in a handful of stores across the UK, so expect these T-Shirts to be in high demand. Available in white only with two different floral chest print colourways, Varnish (above) and Blue with the iconic Carhartt branding on the hem.
Below you can see the Prime Bermuda in Seattle Blue (teal). Good to see our favourite chino recreated for Spring / Summer as a classic pair of shorts. (Also available in Federal Blue)
Another T-Shirt to sneak on to the site this week is the S/S Marine T-Shirt. If you look closely you will see that it is actually a tonal camouflage print on the chest.
London based photographer Rebecca Nean and stylist Hayley McCarthy take a refreshing look at the menswear scene in their latest shoot from an all female perspective. It certainly makes a nice change from the usual bearded man in the woods!!
"The concept behind this shoot is simple; take a stunning girl and cover her in matching prints. The shoot takes Penfield's focus on patterns this season and gives it a sharp visual edge, utilising black and white photography to emphasise the patterns rather than the colours found within them. The four part series aims to showcase capsule collections from menswear brands, but presented by an all female team."
The latest Lookbook from Carhartt has arrived at FSHP HQ this week, taking you through some of the key peces from the new collection.

After a brief hiatus, Tanner Goods are back in the UK at FSHP...
Based in Portland, Oregon, Tanner Goods are a group of designers and craftspeople, as well as skilled labourers who strive Goods to create modern products that respect the past.
Producing every piece by hand in their studio in the Northwest of the U.S, they utilise the same tools that have been put to work for decades manufacturing heritage leather goods, and in many cases have sought out antique equipment that produce the best results.
We're keeping all bases covered this season with the weather being so unpredictable, so we have a couple of jackets to help you layer up.
