Payment

No goods shall be dispatched without payment and payment must be received at the time of placing an order. Goods will be delivered by a carrier of or choice, but will will endeavour to comply with the Customer's selection. 

Postage & Packaging will be at cost to the Customer and forms part of the invoice. FUSShop aims to dispatch goods within 1 working day. 

Returns

In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

The item should be posted back to FUSShop. We suggest it should be returned as reasonably practicle (within 30 days) Items should be returned in their original packaging and customers are advised to take reasonable care of the goods at all time. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are signed for by a FUSShop employee.

We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund if required.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing within seven working days of delivery. 

FUSShop will be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made and if required the goods must be returned in original packaging for examination.

Cancellation Rights.

Customers are reminded that they are entitled to a full refund on cancellation even though the product may not be faulty in any way.

Customers must inform us in writing (email or letter) A refund will will be made as soon as possible after you cancel and in any case no later than 30 days.

In the case of a cancellation the return postage must be made by the consumer.

The consumers cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which the goods are delivered.
